Returns can only be made by prior authorisation from the company.
As the products manufactured are custom-made for the specific use of individual patients, returns can only be accepted in cases of manufacturing defect.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact the company in writing, within 14 days of receipt of the product, and we will be happy to repair or remake your item to the same specifications as your original prescription.
